the staff was attentive. the room included sewing kits and extra toiletries, a nice touch. wifi access worked reliably throughout my stay.

the room was clean and well equipped. it had nice modern touches. i found the location convenient (steps from the train stations!). the staff was efficient and friendly.
i had some issues with my makeup. it was worth 300 euros (i was devastated!). getting it back was difficult. most of my things were missing when i got the package.

the staff were consistently warm and cute. the hotel was spotlessly clean. i found the location convenient, as the eurostar terminal is a couple of minutes' walk away. it's also about ten minutes' walk to the historic centre.
the reception was a little distant upon arrival.
